Handmade in our North Wales workshop, it is a wonderfully practical way to stop chilly draughts, reduce heat escaping beneath doors and make your home feel that little bit cosier.

The outer is made from premium sheepskin, carefully pieced together by hand, while inside we use sheepskin trimmings from our workshop. That means you get the natural insulating properties of wool both inside and out.

They are reassuringly weighty too, so they stay where you put them without becoming cumbersome every time you open the door.

Choose from more than 20 sheepskin colours and a range of lengths, or ask us about making one to measure if your doorway needs something a little different.

Good to know

Because sheepskin is a natural material, there will always be slight variations in colour, texture and wool length. We think that is part of what makes each one special.

Your draught excluder is filled using sheepskin trimmings from our own workshop, helping us make use of this wonderfully insulating natural material right down to the smaller pieces.

Care

Sheepskin is wonderfully forgiving.

An occasional brush with a wire sheepskin brush will lift and refresh the wool and help keep it looking its best.

Boucle Style sheepskin will measure 5cm less all around as the wool pile is much shorter.

As sheepskin is a natural product the wool on each of our sheepskin products is unique and can differ in texture and length.  That’s why we specify that our measurements are approximate.

Please keep the dyed colours out of strong sunlight as it may bleach and dry out the skin.  The natural colours of Ivory, Rare Breed and Chocolate will not be afftected by strong sunlight.
