What card payments do you accept?
We accept payments via Stripe, Klarna and PayPal including most major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. Stripe also enables us to take payments via Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Will a credit check be performed when I apply for the 'Pay Later' or 'Pay in 3' options?
Yes, a credit check will be undertaken when applying for either of these options. This may have an impact on your credit score.
Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes, of course. In fact we actively encourage this is you have a special order. Maybe you’d like a colour option that isn’t shown or something a little more bespoke. We’re happy to discuss any questions you may have and help you to create the perfect product for you.
Are my card details secure?
Yes, they’re absolutely safe. We use secure portals from Stripe, PayPal and Klarna to process all our payments.
