Baa Stool Returns Policy

It’s OK to change your mind

We’re sure you will be delighted with our products but to give you peace of mind we want to let you know that it’s OK to change your mind.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange.  You can return a product for up to 60 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt.

Returns and Exchanges

How do I return my flock?

1) Email us at jointheflock@baastool.co.uk to let us know that you’d like to return your order.

2) Return your order unused and in the original packaging including your order number and reason for the return.  You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you received a faulty, damaged or wrongly despatched item.

3) Once we receive your unused return we will notify you and let you know when you can expect your refund.

How do I exchange my flock?
