Replacement Sheepskin Stool Cover
For Baa Stool Footstools
Important – Please Measure Your Stool
As all covers are made to order, it is important to measure the base of your stool carefully before purchasing.
Refresh your Baa Stool with one of our Replacement Sheepskin Stool Covers, designed to give your footstool a whole new look without replacing the stool itself. Whether you’re redecorating, introducing a new colour palette, or simply fancy a change, swapping the cover is an easy way to transform your space.
Each cover is handmade to order in our North Wales workshop using premium sheepskin, available in 30+ beautiful colours and textures. From calm neutrals to bold statement shades, it’s easy to find the perfect match for your interior.
Our covers are carefully tailored rather than elasticated, giving a neat, fitted finish that works perfectly with Baa Stool designs. Because of this tailored construction they are unlikely to fit other stools, so accurate measuring is essential before ordering.
This replacement cover is designed to fit Baa Stool footstools with a base measuring 30.5cm x 40.5cm underneath the seat. Please scroll through the images to identify your stool.
If you’re looking for a cover for a stool that isn’t a Baa Stool, we offer bespoke covers made to your dimensions.

Choose your favourite sheepskin colour and give your Baa Stool a fresh new look in minutes.
Boucle Style sheepskin will measure 5cm less all around as the wool pile is much shorter.
As sheepskin is a natural product the wool on each of our sheepskin products is unique and can differ in texture and length. That's why we specify that our measurements are approximate.
Please keep the dyed colours out of strong sunlight as it may bleach and dry out the skin. The natural colours of Ivory, Rare Breed and Chocolate will not be afftected by strong sunlight.

We understand how important it is to keep your lovely sheepskin looking baamazing..so we’ve created a list of tips and tricks on how to do just that!
We source the highest quality grade sheepskin predominantly from flocks across the UK. Where we are unable to source a specific colour within the UK we import sheepskin from New Zealand. Sheep are not bred for their skins and sheepskin is a by product of the food industry.

Why Baa Stool?
In 2011 I left the corporate world, moved home to rural North Wales and retrained to be an upholsterer. Two years in, during a tea break from a particularly challenging chair, I was looking at the sheep in the fields surrounding my workshop and mused ‘they look like little footstools. Hmmmmmm…sheepskin covered footstools. Oh yes!’
I spent several months developing the idea and ensuring that every detail of the product is high quality. The frames and legs are made by skilled craftsmen. The sheepskin is always premium grade and predominantly from UK flocks. I source the best upholstery materials and we upholster each Baa Stool using a mix of modern and traditional methods. This is important because I want my customers to enjoy a product that is the very best it can possibly be.
Around this exciting product a group of talented, enthusiastic and dedicated individuals gathered to form 'Team Baa' and a Great Little British Business was born.
I started selling Baa Stools at local artisan markets and county shows and they quickly developed a following. I noticed that the sheepskin cover upholstered on the footstools made people stop in their tracks, look closer…then, inevitably, smile. This quickly became the overall aim of every new design… to make people smile when they walk into a room.

I received my order yesterday and it is fabulous. I’m so glad I upgraded my old footstool to a rare breed cover, as an ME sufferer I spend a long time with my feet up and the comfort is amazing. I’ve repurposed the old one as a cushion cover that works surprisingly well! The draught excluder is almost too cuddly to leave on the floor.
Many thanks for making such lovely things.
