Handmade Sheepskin Statement Chairs
Every Bear Chair is upholstered by hand in our North Wales workshop using genuine sheepskin and a substantial chair frame.
Choose from long wool sheepskin, naturally marked rare breed fleeces and a range of beautiful colours depending on the design.
Because sheepskin is a natural material, every finished chair has subtle variation in colour, curl, wool length and markings.
That means no two Bear Chairs are ever completely identical.

The collection includes several different styles, each with its own character.
Polar Bear brings a lighter, dramatic look in pale sheepskin.
Grizzly Bear is rich and grounding in natural chocolate British sheepskin.
Rare Bear is completely individual, upholstered in naturally marked rare breed fleeces.

Made to Order in North Wales
Many of our Bear Chairs are made to order, giving you the chance to choose the sheepskin and finish that suits your home.
For made-from-frame designs, you can choose to have the legs covered in sheepskin or finished in wood. If you have a preferred wood finish or any specific requirements, simply add a note at checkout or contact us before ordering.
Lead times vary by design and can be up to 8 weeks, although we are often able to complete orders sooner.
