Our wonderfully quirky limited-edition reindeer wall plaques are handmade from beautiful long wool sheepskin with genuine leather antlers, goofy wooden eyes and a cherry red 100% wool nose. Measuring approximately 60cm x 60cm, they’re ready to bring a little festive mischief to your walls.
The story
We’ve always thought that walls deserve a little personality.
And at Christmas, perhaps even more so.
So, meet our new Rudolph the reindeer wall plaques.
Rather magnificent, wonderfully woolly and just a little bit ridiculous.
In the nicest possible way.
Each one is made by Vicky from beautiful long wool sheepskin, with a pair of genuine leather antlers, a bright cherry red nose made from 100% wool and a wonderfully goofy pair of wooden eyes.
The result?
A reindeer with a face that is almost impossible not to smile at.
Vicky has deliberately kept them playful, because Christmas decorating should be fun.
And while we’re rather fond of a traditional wreath, we do think a woolly reindeer makes an excellent alternative.
At approximately 60cm high and 60cm wide, they’re a lovely statement piece without taking themselves remotely seriously.
There’s a sawtooth hanging hook on the back, so they’re easy to hang.
Just find a suitable spot, pop one on the wall and let the Christmas cheer begin.

We source the highest quality grade sheepskin predominantly from flocks across the UK. Where we are unable to source a specific colour within the UK we import sheepskin from New Zealand. Sheep are not farmed for their skins and sheepskin is a by-product of the food industry.
Some of our stools require very basic assembly. We have a fully dedicated page to guide you on how to assemble your Baa Stool. Click on the link below to view our full guide.
We use the highest quality upholstery materials to create supportive and comfortable furniture in our workshop in North Wales, UK.

Why Baa Stool?
In 2011 I left the corporate world, moved home to rural North Wales and retrained to be an upholsterer. Two years in, during a tea break from a particularly challenging chair, I was looking at the sheep in the fields surrounding my workshop and mused ‘they look like little footstools. Hmmmmmm…sheepskin covered footstools. Oh yes!’
I spent several months developing the idea and ensuring that every detail of the product is high quality. The frames and legs are made by skilled craftsmen. The sheepskin is always premium grade and predominantly from UK flocks. I source the best upholstery materials and we upholster each Baa Stool using a mix of modern and traditional methods. This is important because I want my customers to enjoy a product that is the very best it can possibly be.
Around this exciting product a group of talented, enthusiastic and dedicated individuals gathered to form ‘Team Baa’ and a Great Little British Business was born.
I started selling Baa Stools at local artisan markets and county shows and they quickly developed a following. I noticed that the sheepskin cover upholstered on the footstools made people stop in their tracks, look closer…then, inevitably, smile. This quickly became the overall aim of every new design… to make people smile when they walk into a room.
