Made from real, silky-soft ivory sheepskin, these charming little snowballs bring a touch of natural luxury, beautiful texture and just the right amount of Baa Stool mischief to your Christmas tree.
Each Baable has a sturdy white leather loop for hanging and, unlike their fragile glass cousins, they’re made to be enjoyed Christmas after Christmas.
A flock of five
Your Baables arrive as a little flock of five, tucked into a reusable cardboard storage box to keep them safe and cosy between Christmases.
And because every flock deserves a little TLC, we’ve included a sheepskin wire brush for froofing your flock! A gentle brush will help keep their wool looking wonderfully soft and full of character.

Boucle Style sheepskin will measure 5cm less all around as the wool pile is much shorter.
As sheepskin is a natural product the wool on each of our sheepskin products is unique and can differ in texture and length. That’s why we specify that our measurements are approximate.
Please keep the dyed colours out of strong sunlight as it may bleach and dry out the skin. The natural colours of Ivory, Rare Breed and Chocolate will not be afftected by strong sunlight.

We source the highest quality grade sheepskin predominantly from flocks across the UK. Where we are unable to source a specific colour within the UK we import sheepskin from New Zealand. Sheep are not bred for their skins and sheepskin is a by product of the food industry.

Why Baa Stool?
In 2011 I left the corporate world, moved home to rural North Wales and retrained to be an upholsterer. Two years in, during a tea break from a particularly challenging chair, I was looking at the sheep in the fields surrounding my workshop and mused ‘they look like little footstools. Hmmmmmm…sheepskin covered footstools. Oh yes!’
I spent several months developing the idea and ensuring that every detail of the product is high quality. The frames and legs are made by skilled craftsmen. The sheepskin is always premium grade and predominantly from UK flocks. I source the best upholstery materials and we upholster each Baa Stool using a mix of modern and traditional methods. This is important because I want my customers to enjoy a product that is the very best it can possibly be.
Around this exciting product a group of talented, enthusiastic and dedicated individuals gathered to form ‘Team Baa’ and a Great Little British Business was born.
I started selling Baa Stools at local artisan markets and county shows and they quickly developed a following. I noticed that the sheepskin cover upholstered on the footstools made people stop in their tracks, look closer…then, inevitably, smile. This quickly became the overall aim of every new design… to make people smile when they walk into a room.

I actually ordered 10 white ones and 10 piccalilli ones and I am very happy with both colours. They both look fabulous on the Christmas tree. I initially thought if another pop of colour was required I might order some more in a 3rd colour but they look perfect as they are with 2 colours.
